St Vincent De Paul Council 5262 is a non-profit fraternal organization established by Fr Michael J McGivney in 1882 in Hartford Connecticut.
There are more than 1.8 million members in 15,000 councils, with nearly 200 councils on college campuses. Membership is limited to "practical Catholic" men aged 18 or older.

St Vincent De Paul Council 5262 was founded in 1962 through the efforts of the parishioners of St Vincent De Paul Catholic Church.
It is named after St Vincent De Paul, who was the founder of the St Vincent De Paul Society.
The St Vincent De Paul Council works closely with the St Vincent De Paul Parish, the Divine Providence Parish, and Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Lackland AFB, TX in San Antonio, TX, providing funds for various projects, members being active participants in their respective parish.
St Vincent De Paul Council 5262 Information
General Membership meetings are held once a month, the 2nd Thursday of every month, 7:00 for Mass, and 7:30 p.m. for the Meeting.
Charity Committee Meetings are held every last Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m.
Columbus Club Meetings are held every first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
Officers Meetings are held every last Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.

Our council hosts a large number of council activities throughout the year.
Weekly activities include Bingo mostly on Fridays, on Tuesdays during Thanksgiving and Christmas week on on rare occations on Sunday .
